Remember to bring your camera or Smartphone!
- Exit from the Plaza de Oriente towards the magnificent Puerta de Toledo. Did you know that its construction dates back to the era of Napoleonic occupation? Back on the bus you can see the oldest bridge in Madrid and, next to the Manzanares River, you will have spectacular views of the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral. We will cross Calle Mayor towards Puerta del Sol and Las Cortes on the way to Paseo del Prado. Admire the architecture of the heart of old Madrid arriving at the Barrio de las Letras.
- Among the different places of interest that you will see on board the bus are the Cibeles fountain, where Real Madrid fans celebrate their team's victories, and the Puerta de Alcalá, the most famous of the five ancient gates that gave access to Madrid. We will finish the tour seeing the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Paseo de la Castellana and the Plaza de Colón.
- But no visit to Madrid would be complete without a visit to the Royal Palace. Therefore, a local guide will take you with your group to the site and you will visit the site together. Skip the lines and immerse yourself in the history of this beautiful place. Did you know that it is twice the size of Buckingham Palace? Built in the Italian Baroque style, it was the former residence of the Spanish Monarchy from 1766 to 1931. Today, it remains a great example of the establishment of Madrid as the capital of the kingdom.
